Either the fuel line in to engine or return pipe

Part of the line rubs down internal passenger side of car

 

Are you sure the petrol is coming from the joint and not running down the pipe from above.

 

It's the fuel lines as they go under the chassis from under the rear seat, doing a customers car at work with the same problem. The lines rust and you get them leaking. Cut them just above were they drop under the car. Replace with braided and uprated to the fuel pump assembly
