We are looking at importing a 2003-2007 JDM WRX. I have looked at a few examples and found a few different variants such as the 03/04 WRX V Limited and the 2005 WRX WR Limited. Is there much difference between these models?
Am I right in thinking that all newage JDM WRX models have AVCS and a better TD04 than UK models? Are there any other mechanical differences such as gearing etc?

Is the Hawkeye JDM WRX 2.0 mechanically the same as the blobeye JDM WRX?

The V Limited and WR models are purely cosmetic additions with seats, paint work and spoilers. The JDM WRX is a much better car than the UK market vehicles.
