Default Difference in downpipes?? 2002 on to 2008??

Does anyone know the difference between say an 04 year scooby downpipe to a 2008 hatchback one?? Is there minor differences or completely different??

different angle & length. the are not interchangeable. been there done that checked all the part numbers etc lol

Gutted mate,some of the older sports cats are easily half the price!.. Thought I could cut and weld the odd bracket ��

From the pictures below you can see that the split joint has been moved to the very base of the first cat and is slightly angled.
Used on the 2.5L Hawkeye and Foresters as well

i have a hatch 2nd decat if its any use to you? comes of a 330s which only has 1 cat as standard. was going on ebay but you can have it for £50 delivered

Just so you know, I had Ian at H&S convert my SG Forester sports cat downpipe
to fit the WRX STi as a one piece with 2nd cat delete

Thanks all,I have the prodrive pack so have the second delete already,but thankyou anyway. Really want a sports downpipe.just soooo much money for the hatch.

Yeah I looked for ages before stumbling upon a milltek sport cat n system for handy money

This any use? Then just run secondary cat, you might get away with it

Already got my eye on it mate :-). Thinking of getting it and welding in a sports cat?... Just need to get some stainless wire for the mig welder.
