My first thought.As far as i know should come with twistys.Looks like for some reason they been change.

I did view few bug sti for last couple of weeks and all of them got twisty skirts?could be cause they are prodrive style models?Standart may have square skirts?

yep prodrive may do and possibly jdm bugs but uk bugs as far as im aware have the square ones (i own a uk bug sti)

Looks a nice example and priced correctly for a genuine sale
