Default How much can i sell a non tested VF35 for?

Hi Guys

I have a non tested IHI VF35 turbo that i bought from a breakers a yr ago.

Has no cracks from what i can see and comes with oil feed line etc

Never got round to fitting it put it in a cupboard and now i have sold my impreza.

How much should i realistically sell it for?

I have no way of testing it so want to sell it as spares and repairs

Cheers

First you need to check if theres any play in the shaft. Check video below. If its been tested in full working order between £250-£350

Ask Turbo technics (or another turbo specialist, other are available) how much an inspection report would be, and a quote for any work that needed doing. Having one would be a good selling point, as that is pretty much the first thing I'd do if I was to purchase one.

Hi

ive gone through the steps on the vids and its great. only thing i would say is that it needs a clean.

No play in shafts or cracks etc

Ill list in the parts for sale for £200 Untested spares and repairs

Yea sounds fair enough. You need to pay for parts section though. If you buy a normal membership for £2 a month then cancel on paypal under recurring payments. If you can pm me some pictures might be interested.
