Evap purge valve location?
I've worked on a lot of cars and engines in the past but will be honest and say that I'm a total noob with Subaru's. A friend deployed and is about to come home but her 2010 Subaru Impreza hatchback threw a CEL code P0458. After some searching, I see it's the EVAP purge solenoid control and people have had a variety of problems stemming from this code but none of them seem to cover where it's located. If I reset the code it comes back after 2-3 restarts. Car drives fine at least.
I can see the part looks like the attachment from RockAuto's site but I can't find the thing to even check it out before buying the part.
Any idea where this thing is located? I looked all over the engine bay and didn't find anything close.

not looking hard enuff, squint your eyes between the inlet manifold and the alternator, follow the vac pipes down and you'll see it bolted onto the manifold with a bunch of pipes going in/out of it
if it's giving you grief you can go the JDM style route and just remove it:
it's number 2 there - then find someone to map the codes out for you

Thanks!
Looks like a broken wire is causing the issues. Hopefully that is the only problem.
