When I git my car maped to 275 with dacats it was on bout 100k now 5 later I rembered he told me there was alot of play in my sharft.

He said he was even considering one of his td04s as offer as a swap due to down and up pipe dissconected.

This is the tricky bit car was dynoed at 276

But thing is : how long left would you put a life on a turbo like this age? Maby I should get a lower mileage upgrade back up just in case it suddenly does and I'm in limp mode while left with task off searching 41

p.S forgot to say no signs off any problems atm cat I boosting fast and strong. I know a fair bits down to climate temp boost season. but it does feels strong (but with a loose shaft apparently?

Also what gains would I get from a vf35 and a SBR tweak

So you've been told your td05 is on it's way out and been offered a td04 that will produce 276bhp? How long does a turbo last that's on way out with no signs?

 

When does "boost season" start so I know when to pull the cover off my RA ???
