Car with odd plates on ebay

Was browsing ST`s when I found this. Its listed as a catD stolen recovered then I noticed the plates don`t match.

The front plate looks like a Private reg.

The photos look like that have been taken at different times, the rear plate is now the one recorded for the car, the front looks like a personal plate before being put back to a standard plates

.
