Default Inner Tie rod removal without special tools?

The lock nut on the passenger side tie rod has siezed, I've tried penetrating fluid and also heating it up, it wont move, the entire inner tie rod moves when I try loosening the nut, I'm now going to replace the entire thing, but was wondering if its possible to remove with out a special tie rod tool?

Thanks

I just use a spanner or a crows foot, think its a 21mm just a lock washer holds it.

as jay says just a key, i dont even bother trying to bend the tabs on lock washer back as they just bend back when undoing anyway.
