Default Notchy 6 speed gear box..

Hi,, my JDM v7 6 speed gear box is very notchy in 1st and 2rd gears more when it cold on start up,, been told to put Castro syntax in it hopefully that will cure it,,, you guys got any recommendations.

Call alyn AS performance. I remember seeing him recommend a special gear oil ages ago but cannot remember for the life of me what it was

Thanks for your recommendation guys,, just come off the phone with opie oil they recommend Motul 300 75w-90 fully synthetic..... As any of you guys used this???

I have 5ltrs Motul 300 75w - 90 spare if you need it, I'am sure I can do it cheaper than anywhere else
