I have recently changed the centre section of my exhaust to a scorpion non resonated and it's matched to a prodrive back box. It's knocking on the propshaft bearing mount and basically the exhaust can't be adjusted any more. Has anyone else had a similar problem? Has anyone else ground the metal away on the propshaft bearing mount to stop the knocking/rattle?

 

You should not be grinding away at the mount, if the exhaust doesn't fit properly then it's either the wrong part, not fitted correctly or just a cheap part.

Have you put the old section and new section together to see if they are the same ??

 

sounds like a classic centre on a newage.

 

Definitely the correct part. I think the problem is that the centre is made by scorpion and the other parts are prodrive.
