Smile Big Thanks to Engintuner

Always great service from Alan, Martyn and all the guys (and lady) at Enginetuner with my Subaru, but took my Volvo XC90 in at a moments notice to replace both front lower arms - rang them whilst having a geometry check on it Wednesday afternoon to tell them what was faulty (after Alan suggested this was the best course). Martyn agreed for me to drop it straight in ( 20 mins later ) and was all fixed and up and running Thursday afternoon - even cleaned out the front brakes and deglazed pads to stop the terrible squeeking. All this when they are clearly busy and running up to Christmas.

It's always great finding somewhere that can build engines, prep cars and so on (my Subaru no exception) but genuine helpful service and back up when you need it (my family and family car) is always the best part.

Merry Christmas to all and many thanks

Henry & Anna.

Funnily enough, as a business, we tend to charge for our services.
Should my good friend Henry and I decide to start a "relationship" that situation may change. Of course I'll keep you fully informed in case you'd like to get in there first.
Until then, you pay to play..

You get what you pay for in this case. ET's customer service and quality cost what one would expect I'd say. Plus, Alan and Martyn are always on the end of a phone/email for any follow up . . . which isn't always the case with other garages. Quality costs. Do it once and do it right.
