What someone is willing to pay for it, The letters are a bit random so need someone with those initials who drives a T25...but if a long shot, what they are worth and what someone is willing to pay are two different things, going off what I've seen advertised mine has more than doubled since I bought it 18 months ago

 

Might try it on a vw site isn't there a t25 camper van.
