Question Is this a real STi or a fake?

Hi, I've been wondering if anyone could tell me if this is a real STi or if it's a fake.

no probs. given the parts are interchangable you can easily replicate the looks of an sti with a wrx if you want to, cost is a different kettle of fish though.

As above, it has got 8000rpm clocks and dccd if it is not a sti it will have cost a lot of money to convert it, any under bonnet pics?

Why would you convert to hawk rear lights? I'd be checking for a rear end shunt!

I suppose it's possible that someone preferred them over the stock ones. Personally I don't.

Could have fitted hawk lights to get a fog light as jdms dont have them, defo looks like a jdm sti lot of hastle to make it look like one with clocks dccd and rear wiper. Vin code will be best bet before handing over cash though

JDM headlights, same with wiper stalks so I'd say it's an import, Look at the plate on the passenger strut top under the bonnet, Applied model...If it says GDA**** it's wrx if it says GDB**** is an STi,
My main concern would be the rear end...No one would use hawk rear lights as an upgrade surely...the blob ones are the best there was!! Lol
