Is there just one JDM twinscroll down pipe size or are there 2... ? I have a sneaky feeling there are 2 sizes I'm just wondering what the differences in length are and what years they are applied to... I hear them refering to one as the same as classic in size but twin-scroll I'm just wondering if there all like that or if there is another..

Im pretty sure they are all the same.

 

Nearly certain there the same as a classic length wise but a different turbo/bellmouth end. Twin scroll RCM downpipe fits straight onto a type R so should fit any classic.

 

Mine was same size as standard downpipe with cats

 

Centre pipe is classic length.

All TS downpipes are the same.

Backbox is the same over all newage.

 

05 ie wide track onwards jdm sti twin scroll has 2 piece down pipe .Centre section same length as uk/euro sti and back box same as other ages

so according to that if I'm getting cat back for newage with TS I should actualy ask for classic system? or at least system with classic centre section?

So what is the outcome ?? most people are saying they are one piece but DIPSY above is saying 05 widetrack onwards is 2 peice down pipe...

There must be a good few people on here with widetrack Onwards twinscrolls that can confirm ??

Ok so when people go aftermarket decat on a 05 widetrack onwards what is supplied is it still 2 peice or is it 1 ????

I was told by Hayward & Scott that there are 3 different lengths when I ordered a decatted dp for a 2004 TS setup. They needed to know model year and centre pipe length in order to send the correct one.

If you have a 05 Jdm Sti wide track with standard exhaust system look underneath and you will see the down pipe in the link I posted
