How to remove the intercooler spray jets?

Default How to remove the intercooler spray jets?
Trying to fit my ZeroSports intercooler splitter, but not having any joy getting the spray jets removed from the normal splitter bit.

Is there a knack to it?

Just needed to take my Man up tablets and I got them out
