Personally I wouldn't paint the bottom splitter. Leave it black. Mine gets knocked on kerbs etc every other day and I've had to respray it with satin black countless times. Painted splitters don't look good for long IMO.

Like the carbon fibre dash, not normally into that but looks smart, has it been carbon fibre wrapped?

I had a painted lip on my blob, I think it looks ace, but speedbumps made it look scruffy rather quickly. But if don't live in a city that is one giant speedbump, you should be ok.

Black lips are boring, everyone has one.

The amount the car gets used , & it had a full front end respray not long back after the ( Asda) incident , I'm pretty confident it will hold up .. Have some rear lips , but un decided weather to put these on , diffuser will def be getting painted , I just think it looks lost at the back in OEM state

If you where say, going to put the lower line kit on all the way around, then I would keep it black, but if its just the lip, painted looks ace. But that may be dependant on the colour of the car?
