where can I buy a Syvecs Ecu from?
I'm located in Birmingham and was wondering if theirs any suitable place I can go direct and buy a Syvecs Ecu for my bugeye, don't mind travelling.
Yeah I was but after doing some research I've come to know that the Syvecs is the daddy of all Ecu's at the moment, the only down fall with AlkaTek is trying to get access codes can be difficult and all the cost of data logging and stuff after installation can be costly (e.g external controllers), even the trips back and forth to the mapper adds up if something was to go wrong having a problem with your AlkaTek ecu, Syvecs seems much more of a peace of mind.

clinic is about £800 to £1000 my mate just had his classic done there ...
also they don,t tell you this there`s a air temp sensor that needs fitting somewhere on your intercooler set up and they charge £200 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my mate wasn,t happy as he could have had it welded on before hand for £20 sensor then just screws in

£800 & £1000. Where do these numbers come from?
Syvecs S6 ECU from Syvecs direct costs £1420 +vat. I don't see how the clinic can supply one for a grand, let alone £800.
Mapping £300 to £500 I would guess depending on individual requirement.

I just got off the phone to Richard from Zen performance and he told me that Syvecs Ecu price's over the years have increased and they never decrease he qouted me £1420 +vat just for the Ecu on its own so I'd be lucky if I get one for £800 2nd hand.

Syvecs, brand new all mapped and done you'll be lucky to see change from 2 grand. Then on top of that you can go crazy with added sensors etc etc.
