Default Power steering cooling pipe

Hi, my power steering pipe is corroded and was leaking fluid so iv taken it off and linked with a new piece of hose but I'm wondering do I have to replace the metal cooling pipes or will this be sufficient??

The opinion of many users is that it doesn't really cool the fluid much and can be gotten rid of with no ill effect.

Get some braided hose and finishers. Pretty easy to do, just get the correct hose that can be used with power steering fluid
