Default TMIC identification/help

Afternoon all,

A bit of tech advice/part identification.

The pictured intercooler has fallen into my lap having been told that it is an STI upgrade/top mount equivalent of a FMIC (a large pinch of salt was taking with this). It is however, substantially bigger than the STI TIMC I’ve put on the wagon.

There is no branding so I’ve no idea where/whom it’s from. Also, just looking at it, it looks too big for the area provided in my WRX wagon’s engine bay.

So, will it fit and if so, is it worth me putting it on?

I’m running a VF35 set up on my wagon and only managed to dyno at 314BHP (albeit on one of the hottest days of the year), would this bit of kit help further being substantially bigger?

If no to all the above, what’s it worth?

Thanks

It certainly isn't an APS one so if it's not a new age then like banny said, potential eBay special
