In my old civic I had a mini toy version of my car set into the dash just below the head unit. Had it lit up with a light in there in its own little box. Looked awesome.

I have quite a collection of rally cars including quite a few subarus.
In total 468 1:43 scale, 6 1:18 cars and 14 1:24 hand built plastic tamiya kits
Collection is growing by the week, awaiting to take delivery of two more purpose built cabinets to get more of the 1:43 cars on display.
Yes it's quite an obsession of mine

I purchased one on ebay then it underwent a transformation at my mates spray shop...
Original car
Sanded down
wheels off and painted
painted and drying
close up
shell complete
fitted back together
rear end
before and after
comparison to actual car
