Default Removing window scratches

Ever since l got my type r its had the dreaded drivers and passenger side window scratches from where the seals have gone hard.

2 door glass seems to be very hard to find so is there a way of making them less obvious? and I dont mean winding the window down! lol

machine polish with 3M Glass Polishing Compound
