Hawkeye Sti is gonna need an engine rebuild eventually if it's not already had one - head gasket is a well known problem that most Hawkeye Sti's will encounter once in their lifetime. Secondary air pump and rear shock absorbers are also well documented faults on Hawks, and don't forget the higher tax band of £500. Didn't put me off buying a Hawkeye though.

So mainly just head gasket and shocks the only thing that puts me off is the fpr reads 4bar in pics surley that's overfueling it

The shocks are a problem across the Newage range. If you worry about Tax look elsewhere as that is the least expense you pay out.

Where abouts in Kent are you from? Might have seen your classic before.
