Default Click on full lock

I'm getting a single click on full lock when turning right sometimes quite loud I have changed the driver side driveshaft for a new one is there any other possible causes or should I change the passenger side and see if that cures the problem it's not a continuous click it's a single click any ideas cheers

Could be very early days of a CV on way out. Try removing the boots and apply some grease. May solve if not; doesn't break the bank.

Without having a look or hearing the noise; It opens a can of worms. If you had one changed most likely the other side has had the same wear so likely

Other areas of interest would be:
Drop links
Spring tightening up and popping loose/Strut bearing causing a twist as when turning only
Loose bolts on subframe (many gremlins live here )
Steering rack (no enough symptoms tbh)
