Jdm widetrack rear number plate size

Can someone give me the exact plate size for rear number plate please the one that's on it was big gaps either side.
I was told I need 14 x 7 ?

my JDM newage has a rear plate from these guys http://www.demonplates.com/platebuilder.php

I chose the model-specific plate size and can confirm 'RANGE ROVER HSE & VOGUE' size worked a treat

the bottom rear end in the following before and after shot

The idea of the JDM number plate and bracket is so you can remove the bumper and leave the plate in place.

Why? I have no idea. I think my JDM size plate is 240 x 170 mm but will check.
