Default Ever put a ej20 crank into ej25 ?

Has anyone ever put a ej20 crank into ej25 engine would this work and what would it end up being more than 2.5 or less

And if I put a ej25 crank into a ltr engine with forged 2.0 litre internals will it easily work as a 2.1 or do I need to change pistons

Many thanks Dave

Capacity would be less, approx 2.33L but pistons would sit 2 mm down the bore due to 75mm stroke of the EJ20 crank and also giving you a uber low CR. You would need longer rods for starters to bring the piston deck height somewhere near.

79mm EJ25 crank into a EJ20 rear thrust block to give you a 2.1 stroker but need stroker pistons with a compression height of around 30.30mm when using standard length rods.
