Opinions on Value of my 2005 STI Please
It's only covered 8000 miles, has WR1 (320 bhp) remap done by prodrive.
The only downside is that it doesn't have a full Subaru service history as it was owned by a collector until 2012 when my father in law who is a mechanic bought it with 2000 miles on the clock and serviced it himself since then and has continued to service it for me since I bought it a year ago. It's always stored in dry garage and just a weekend car never out in poor weather.
Any opinions of the value of a low mileage blobeye would be appreciated. Just had new baby and may consider selling within the next year.
Thanks in advance
Hopefully photos to follow

A 39k miles 2005 car like yours described as "immaculate" was advertised this month for "offers close to 11k" and sold within 24 hours. If your car is in a condition that reflects its low miles and you prepared a decent advert you could probably achieve a similar amount.

Be interesting to see the comments on this.
Personally I think an unused car thats 10 years old isnt always going to be a good car, especially a performance car. They need to be used/serviced/maintained regularly, not an expensive ornament.
It should be on its 3rd cambelt by now and had numerous services, despite the mileage, so have these been done?

Lovely car
It's unfortunate about the lack of service history, like the above post regardless of mileage belt should have been done twice by now plus your normal fluid changes, if I were buying it I would get a Subaru specialist to give it the once over for perished / cracked pipes and other age related problems.
IMO it's worth in the region of 11-12 with the right history.
Without it maybe 8-9...... I'm no expert, just my opinion

Thanks for the replies.
I have all the MOT's to prove the mileage and all services, cam belt and fluid changes have been done as per the service book.
When I said my father in law had been servicing it himself he actually owns a garage and it has been services at his garage with stamps in the book. So it still has service history just not full Subaru. Part of the reason for this is that I live in Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis and there's no Subaru garages up here.

I would probably stretch to about 12k if it was clean and had a load of stamps in the book.
Although I would guess a dealer will probably beat any genuine buyer to this, Cheshire Performance price I would think in the region of 20-25k.
Edit
I seen a widetrack for sale in Northern Ireland a few weeks ago with 37k mileage on the clock for £6k, although it was gone the following day. I think one of our resident exporters got that one and should be in England for £10k+ now.

It's definitely got the WR1 map on it. When my father in law bought it he got the garage to get the map done by prodrive for an extra £495 on top of the usual PPP upgrade. It's down on the invoice from prodrive.

If immaculate and staying that way and hardly ever used it'll be going up in value IMO.
Good luck.

It's a tricky one, to the right buyer maybe worth as much as £15k if they want to tuck it up and not use it, to someone that just wants a low milage example probably closer to £11k.
Only way you'll find out is start high and keep knocking a bit off until you get a bite.
