Default Anyone know the dealer or car...

Thinking about going to view this Type R, anyone know of it or the dealer??

I know it was up for around 12k up until recently but unsurprisingly had no interest. It's still expensive at the revised £9,990 IMO but surely it's worth a look no

This one has been up for a while, would pop over to see it but it's not exactly down the road.

Yeah not the best ad, also claiming "flames" from the exhaust doesnt inspire hope...give it a miss it is.

Obviously a cracking example, worth £10k all day to the myopic SIOC members.

This is the reason why i cant travel too far for a car, i co-run a bodyshop so im ridiculously fussy about a cars bodywork / paintwork.
If i drove 4 hours for example to see a car that looked stunning in photos, arrived and noticed poor paintwork or fillerwork in the panels i would be gutted, and its amazing the amount of car 'enthusiasts' who have no idea that their car has some poor cheap paintwork.
If i see car advertised as 'freshly re-painted' i stay clear, because 9/10 times it will have been done on the cheap for sub £1k, when a proper respray will be upwards of £2k...

The white wide arch type-R was being sold via subaru main dealer up until very recently.
Was advertised on here some months ago - check under dealer cars and the seller was 'Mangoletsi' Subaru. I remember because I was interested in it at the time but as you rightly stated it was up at £12.5 which was out of budget for me at the time.

How would one go about getting the wheels (especially the rear ones!!!!) line up in a decent manner with the bodywork, in a similar way as a 22B or S6 rally car?
I kinda like the car but certainly not the way it sits right now with the odd stance....
Also not too sure about the quality of the kit by HT, are those guys still around anyway?

Does anyone know the last owner of the car or is he even active on this forum?
I am kinda interested in buying the car but can't get all the info I need from the seller (Car-Tel).
I am also not sure what way to go about to get the wheels lined up with the bodywork in a proper manner, just like was done on this car:

Thanks for your advice!

Pretty sure that the IC on that isn't the same as the CS400. Its a V5 intercooler by the looks of it?
