Default Type r tidy up finished

Had the car 11 years now and last year it was looking a bit tired so i decided to sort it out
New timing belt ,tensioner and water pump
Two rear wheel bearings, rear hub and drive shaft
Radiator,front section of the exhaust
Rear wind screen taken out and put back in (letting water in)
Rear light cluster taken out and put back in (letting water in)
Four wheels refurbished, centres, valve caps and new wheel nuts
Front and rear bumpers resprayed and one piece of side skirt

Had it back from the sprayer this morning and took a few pictures, still need to decide to keep the one wind deflector on or take it off and the drivers seat need some attention but that can wait for now

Nooo. Keep them OE, so much classier. And the orange indicators are perfect too.

Only thing I'd do is get rid of the nasty bolt on fog light. Get a red LED bulb off eBay, pull the fog light wiring up to the o/s rear lamp wiring, stick the bulb in the reverse light holder and splice into the reverse light wiring with the fog wiring.

Are you mad, or both?

Factory decals have to be on! They are part of the correct look, people that take them off make the car look like it's been repaired. They are also bloody expensive.

It's not like removing the original stickers are somehow going to make a car as in your face as an Impreza suddenly appear subtle. They are part of an STI's DNA.

Beautiful. The OE decals suit the Type R so much. You'd be mad to take them off? Bob wrx, if you look on the Type-RA forums, someone can make up identical copies (I think) for a cheaper price than genuine ones.
