Default Classic 4 Pot Caliper Clearance on Subaru 15" wheels..

Just a quick one folks, I'm attending a track day at Llandow in April, and don't fancy ripping a load of tread of my falken 453's sitting on rota gra's, 17".
I have a set of 15 " Subaru standard classic WRX wheels ( which Ive leant to a friend-so can't check atm), and am wondering if they will clear the later 4 pots, as I upgraded these on my V3 classic WRX some years ago.

My thoughts were to bang some part worns I can get locally and swap them over at the trackside.
Obviously I'm aware if they do clear, traction will more than likely be compromised, but I'm not that bothered as it's only a bit of fun and not competitive.

Cheers in advance,
TSW

Afraid not, there are some 15's that clear 4 pots, but not many!

Unless Llandow is a particularly poor surface I wouldn't worry and just run the Falkens, if your semi sensible you shouldn't trash them.

Hmm "semi sensible" being the key statement there... I do get a bit carried away sometimes lol

Cheers for your reply.

Have a search mate I asked the same question a while back, only really 'proper' motorsport rims like Speedlines etc that fit

as above you need a grpN style 15" wheel to clear - no std Subaru wheel was ever designed to clear the 4pot
