if theyve sent it via parcelforce mate it will mist prob be late. rm is garbage for delivery times nowadays. every delivery to my work from them turns up 1/2 days late... even the 24 hour service!

As above, more than likely the postage firm/courier is at fault, you may not even recieve it as ****ty firms have been known to sign for things themselves. ................

This is really winding me up. Would have thought scoobyclinic would use a reputable courier seen as they are a big outfit. RCM are always bang on with their deliveries and i've used them umpteen times. This is the first time i've used Scoobyclinic and this. And it all comes at the worst of times.

I'm hoping this turbo shows up soon, especially after Adam said it will be here today before 5 according to the tracking number he checked. Anyway i'll wait patiently in the mean time

They are a genuine outfit but mistakes can be made. 18 months ago they sent me an SC42 instead of an SC46, but fired off the 46 by next day delivery. For a short while I had two of their turbos for the price of one. Blame the couriers for your problem.

most couriers are slack nowadays. i use hermes to post out from work simply because they are cheap and it usually gets there in 4 days tops. rm is no better but costs 3 times as much. i sent a 12kg package for £9.98 via hermes the other day, royal mail would have cost a kidney for that weight.

city interlink are quite quick. cant knock them

Adam is usually very good, if there had been a problem he would have fessed up and said my bad etc, he wouldn't string you along if he didn't have it, I know him personally and have done for many years outside of the Subaru scene, so it's not guess work, he's an honourable chap.

Sounds to me like as above it's the courier that's dropped the ball, my own experience with all of them is very hit and miss, I got one parcel out in Croatia From RM in 5 days, and I've waited almost 20 for another, and don't get me started on letters, I don't know what courier Japspeed use but they were bloody fast 3 days for an Alloy rad, takes me 24hrs to get here almost non stop.

You do know that the M6 was closed on Wednesday don't you? causing massive issues and delay for couriers? Why would they lie to you? there is nothing for them to gain.

Get over it. Man I wish i had your problems!

To be fair to him he rung me straight back to apologize for the delay. Let's see if it turns up

Adam, Kev and all the gents at Scoobyclinic are spot on. It will be down to the couriers, only times I have had delays with orders were when the snow comes down or if there are issues with roads.

Only ever had good service from them I have to say.
Always very helpful and efficient.

I personally think the OP is out of order it's 1 day late and your slating them that's a bit unfair.

Another case of a newby starting a negative about a long term trusted and loved supplier
Then ends up with egg on his face

Just be patient guys
It arrives when it does
The courier doesn't really care some of these couriers get 130 drops a day to do and run out of time or just gave up and take it back to the depot as it will go out the next day
Normally snowballs that though as all couriers do that

If you want something for a certain date collect yourself or just be patient untill it arrives
I've ordere loads over the years online and they always come eventually
It's not the end if the world of its not today

Thanks to Michael we got the turbo in one piece. Only been on the job a week but a good lad all in all and learning the ropes as we go. Safe to say i'm sure he will make me aware of any signed for deliveries that turn up in the future

Your a life saver.
