Question Replacing dump valve

Hi folks

Been having some probs with my car being a little hesitant on low revs. Replaced a few bits and bobs and it still seems to be doing it

So I was thinking I going back to a vent to air dump valve as I really love the chavvy noise.
Was looking at the one below, any good?
