The difference between the real and fake duacon gear ***** are that:
Fakes ones - £12 jobbies from eBay are very 'plasticy' and in general not great quality.
The real ones, 'I bought mine from Japan for around £70 delivered'
They feel great, they actually look and feel like they could be made from glass! Plus with the product, duracon, it doesn't get too hot in summer or too cold in winter.

Actually feels bit smaller reverse is exactly same and an aggressive tight feel to it hard to explain the genuine one feels good to I had a brand new one on before

Lol, we're on a forum discussing gear *****!! Thanks for the info tho! Mine rattles so I want to replace it or fix it up. Think I'd like the Duracon just not sure it goes with the stock 05 interior that well..

To be honest if it wasn't a rare item I'd stick to the genuine one instead looks just as good
