Default Turbo choices

Right I know this has been covered plenty of times but Im still unsure of what's what.
I'm currently halfway through doing a forged engine build, only a 2.0l scdb from a v7 jdm sti. I'm currently shopping for a turbo but don't know what to go for. A few people have told me that my best option would be a lateral performance md321 series turbo which are rated between 400-500 depending which model, trouble is im only looking for secound hand at the moment due to budget. I've seen a couple of gt30 standard location turbos in the for sale section but some people say that's a bit overkill for my engine as I'm only looking at achieving around 420-450 bhp. I've also been reading about the t3 turbos and the sc40 but again these don't come up very often aswell. So I suppose my question is is the Garrett gt30 a good choice to go for as I can't find a used md321 anywhere or shall I just hold out for a md or sc40?
Any help or input would be greatly appriciated.
Dan

Turbo Technics T36 ticks all the boxes, makes 400-450bhp, is a direct fit bolt on turbo, is manufactured in the UK so no waiting for stock to come from America, is cheap enough at just £900+ vat inc the fitting kit.

It's only available through us so feel free to call us on 01752 345880.

Sounds like a good price for a 400 - 450bhp turbo, would this spool better than my AFP TD05 20g?
