Default Fair well scoobynet...

Well after 6 years of ownership I've decided to have a break and change from Impreza's. I've learned a hell of a lot whilst here and from going to local and national meets, made some good friends also.

I'm sure I'll be back to the fold one day but for now I want to experience a different marque and driving style, so I've gone a bought a VXR8 (09) with some nice subtle mods, wheels, stiffer springs and exhaust system to name a few bits. Owned also by a fellow enthusiast and well looked after.

Fair well for now.

Was the right time for me, the noise is very infectious, full Walkinshaw system with what they call the supercar back box, sounds great.

Yeah heard of a few running that kind of power, the chap I bought the car off knew a guy running 700+ in a supercharged version, he said it was like being in a roller coaster when he went full throttle. Coincidently the guy I just bought this off also used to run a JDM Hawk running close to 500 bhp.

And the rest, £49500 for the estate.

I like, looks a bit like a jag xf shooting brake.

Kedlestone, there is a great HSV section on Pistonheads that should introduce yourself to they are a very friendly bunch and there is a fountain of knowledge with regard to the LS engine

Estate version hasn't been around long, so if you can find one it'll be a fair chunk of cash still.
