Default Opinions on this possible purchase

Opinions would be appreciated on this possible buy. I don't like the front lip but otherwise I thought in the current climate the car is quite cheap for what it is.

Looks like a bargain.
If anything these will go up in value and its the model everyone wants 2ltr Widetrack STI with low miles!

Worth a view, would say it would be hard to go wrong with.

All the money for that I think, any car looks clean in a showroom.

I've seen a lot better sell for a lot less.

I would not buy that, I'd wait.

Sounds nice, if has full service history and check old mot's for miles. You could wack 20,000 miles on it and still be worth the same

It looks like a clean motor but I reckon it's at least a grand overpriced.

It's a good time of year to buy, I'd go in at £9k and see where it goes from there.

Yep - I ended up buying it. Drove 300 miles each way and traded in my BMW 335D against it. Mark from the company emailed wanting to buy my BMW outright from me, but we negotiated a great deal on taking the scooby in part ex and handing me some cash to clear a couple of personal bills.

Very very clean condition and unmodified. Just a couple of stickers here and there that need removing, a full machine polish and some interior mats and I think it'll be done. History is full and mots etc from the very first one. Have the Prodrive certificate too as well as few other receipts.

I'll post photos up tomorrow. My second scooby now after owning a hatch a couple of years back.

PS first question - how do I disable the chirp every time I lock and unlock the doors? I hate it!

You need to use the alarm keypad to enter a code to disable the chirp. Take a look in the alarm manual that should be with the other books and it will give you a list of what codes do what.

Thanks - think I found it in the sigma book online. In the actual book with the car it just says 'for future use' on many of the options.
