I'm thinking about buying this ?

Doubt Roger Clarke said anything about top speed and acceleration...he's been dead for 17 years. I presume he did mean Olly or Matt so could be worth speaking to them.
No sure of the gearing of a UK car (assuming it has the standard 5 speed still) but pretty sure 175mph is BS (I may be wrong though)
It does look like it's been kept well but until you see the paperwork and who has done the work on it it's quite hard to tell whether you should buy it.

I don't think its a WR sport ether as it looks like it's got the wrong front seats and I'm sure it should have wr sport wrote in the speedo dial area ?

Its not a WR spec car, it has the spoiler and thats it, no alcons, no full recaro leather etc, has a ppp back box but hey, makes no difference on that car and 175mph?! it redlines at 167 so work that one out.
Keep looking, far better out there for less money
