Default any ideas??

Started having a strange issue with the impreza, I start the car, put it in gear and remove handbrake, go to pull away and the battery light and handbrake light come on and the car really struggles to move and when it does it Judders. Only happens for a few seconds then the lights go off and all is fine!
I will only happen once every 20 times I start the car??

Ah ok, would that solve the battery light though?

id say the battery light is coming on as you are pulling away with handbrake on at low revs and the car is close to stalling.

Ok thanks, I'll look at getting that sorted. Is it a simple fix?
