Talking Dashcam fitted

After recently fitting a new dashcam, I've recorded a few videos and uploaded it to youtube, for some reason the quality isnt as good as on my laptop when its not on youtube, if anyone knows how to upload in HD then let me know! (hopefully the option has changed so you can pick HD)

Either way, here is a link to my video - it has day/night/rain and i think it works well in every weather.

It's a 0803 camera and i'd suggest it to anyone!

Yea, HD options are there, they dont show up straight away, takes youtube a while to trancode them.

I have same model camera, how did you wire it up? I have mine next to rear mirrow and ran the USB cable accross the top under roof lining then down door pillar. I then hacked apart a *** lighter adapter and hid it inside my pillar gauges, bodge to the max, but no wires showing

I have it in the same place, along the roof lining, down the pillar and wired it into the intercooler spray, had a permanent live and negative! Was much easier! No wires on show, took about 5 mins to do.
I love it!

Turn off the image stabilisation in the Youtube settings, it should stop the crazy warping happening at the bottom of the screen.

Did you know that the quality you see on YouTube is often down to your ISP?

I did not know this! I did turn on the HD option though so that helped.

Sure, I got it on eBay. Mine came with the hardwire kit, you can buy it separate.

I believe it's in the options as you upload it. Not sure if it can be disabled once it's uploaded though.
