Get adding guys, this has to stop.
They put my family and every other road users lives at risk, if I had an accident in my car due to the dangerous faults it was sold with. There would be a good chance that one or more people would be seriously hurt,

You are responsible for the saftey of your children and to buy a car in the dark without even having a look at the tyres IMO you were being reckless.
I've bought a NEW car before now and had a better look round it than you have said you looked round your car.
No wonder Cheshire Perfromance are doing well when you have people bending over for them.

Ignore the haters, its SN, brings the dregs of society to mix with us good'uns.
Keep all internet exposure up , go the legal route, get the press involved, and of the media channels who do the rogue trader type shows...if you get a big enough crowd together on your FB page of those who have been done by these Gypo's , then someone like Channel 5 or even the BBC will get interested.

This is just the beginning, when I'm in charge they will bow at my feet.
If fatty can bend over without tipping forward that is.

As I've said before bud others might laugh and mock but it must upset them as they've tried to blackmail me into removing these threads (that won't affect them......clearly)

So as it stands Cheshire performance cars have your money and you have a facebook page with 23 members.
That's justice for you,i can Imagine they are worried.
Legal action is the only thing that will have an effect, there has been countless threads about keighley trade centre and not one had any effect at all.

Completely understand, but the writing was on the wall years ago. If you didn't research the company, or even test drive the damn car in the first place, you have to accept some of the responsibility.
You made it too easy for them!
That's not to say that I do not support what you are doing but as said already, the only way forward is with a solicitor. The first question they will ask is 'Did you test drive the car and therefore accept the car in its current condition. Be careful what you say!

So what exactly are your plans? to befriend other idiots on a facebook page to complain about how stupid you all are to hand over money for a car you didn't check over correctly.

And I know I didn't check the car out first but if it wasn't as described I knew I would have the law on my side and the sales of goods act, the fact it was bought over the phone as a distance sale gives me more rights to and the fact mike the sales manager confirmed it.

will keep all the correspondence as well as the ‘fake’ facebook page setup using our company name, im sure there will be all kinds of legal issues with whats going on, not to mention slander, anyway its going of to our legal team today and we shall be keeping a record of all internet threads, facebook pages etc to use in court.
Can I be in trouble for using there name

The 23 members on FB might all be customers that have been ripped off by them and we know there are more, so seeing on tho they have only been open for just over a year that's like atleast one person every two week. I know they sold another car the same week as me that broke down straight away and had to go back to them, they've had it since the beginning of September. They are now not returning their calls or emails.
And I know I didn't check the car out first but if it wasn't as described I knew I would have the law on my side and the sales of goods act, the fact it was bought over the phone as a distance sale gives me more rights to and the fact mike the sales manager confirmed it.

keighley trade centre is proof of this, loads and loads of threads about how crap they are yet they are still going and so much so even moved on to selling super cars.

THELAW: as long as you keep everything you say factual as far as I am aware they cant do jack ****....!! Even using there name on FB page..
Hope you get your stuff sorted. Regardless whether he saw it / didnt see the car he has purchased a car that was NOT fit for purpose and dangerous so he is well within his right to return it / get a refund etc.. Especially as he bought from a trader and no doubt paid a premium for it also.

It's just gone to a proper vw garage tonight to have a vehicle health check they are also going to do a report into how long the faults have been there. It's cost me £83 per hour and it will take about two hour. But the report will look so good in court, not something they can argue about. VOSA are going to see it at vw tomorrow too.

dont get me wrong mate i hope you get your money back etc, but there have been loads of these moaning threads on here and sadly all they are is moaning, unless you are going to do something along the lines of a legal pursuit nothing will happen.
keighley trade centre is proof of this, loads and loads of threads about how crap they are yet they are still going and so much so even moved on to selling super cars.

We're not just moaning on threads, we are posting around to find people who have ripped off by this company. If we all put our cases together then there is no argument for them in court because we have all been treated the same and have similar stories about the place.
So I/we will turn up for court knowing I/we will definitely win
