I am think of selling some spare for a 2004 Sti but don't know to sell them individually or as a set ? (wrx to STI upgrade)

They are a complete set of Brembo Calipers, Std wheel (to suit calipers) and a brand new unpainted original Subaru STI scoop. All from a UK STI Blob

They are not up for sale as of yet !!! just after advice.

Also the wheel and calipers are in need of a refurb, should I get that done before selling or would it not be cost effective for I could ask for them.

Yeah separately, the Brembo calipers as a full set must be worth £600/700 alone.

If someone wants them all they'll make you an offer for them all.

If someone doesn't they won't make you any offer.
