Hawkeye xenon headlights
Evening all
Just gauging people's thoughts on selling Hawkeye xenon headlights.
Is there still a demand for them? And what's their value?
They'll have all the wiring plus the rear levelling kit so they'll pass an MOT.
thanks

The system needs the ecu behind the glove box, front and rear level sensors plus the electronics and motors at the front plus all the electric looms.
Now lets get back to reality.
The UK Department of Transport has said they do not consider a car illegal with Xenon lights and no automatic leveling.
It does not conform to the relevent EC specs but not illegal.
If you fit the system at the front ie the lights and bulb electrics no one has a Scooby Do that they are fitted as no MOT tester is going to recognise that there are Xenons lights there rather than Quarts bulbs. So no need for self leveling.
My Xenon 2006 non Turbo car has had two new front sensors and now a new rear one. circa £800 on parts in 3 years.
So if they can be fitted into the existing electric loom on a non xenon car fine with out the sensors maybe just maybe of soe interest.
So OK to repair and existing Xenon car but little interest on non Xenon cars

Kinda meant are people still converting bug/blobs into hawks?
I can't remember hearing about having to use a control panel and looms with all the conversions I've seen. But providing all the parts shouldn't be an issue as the cars is getting stripped.
