Short answer: No-one knows.

Long answer: bloke down pub had spoken to a dealer that swore him to secrecy on the life of his firstborn, etc. Dealer had once dabbled in the occult and had been experimenting with chicken entrails ritualistically dribbled over the 555 team flag and...

Well, you get the picture.

Happy for someone to prove me wrong.

Olly, take this as a clue as to the answer

I don't think anyone knows definitively, and if they do then they're probably under a crushing NDA (non disclosure agreement).

Anything you see is rumour. Some of it may be well informed, but being rumour it is nigh-on impossible to find out if the source is attrible to someone "in the know" as it would probably cost that person their job.

I know it's frustrating, but it's the same every year. I had to order my 2000 spec car without knowing what 2000 spec was!

Nick exaggerates - the facts are even more vague than that

Adam - don't be hard on yourself

You're right AndiThompson, that would be nice, I'd probably still have bonnet vents cut into it as well because I like them.

If anyone owns a new shape Impreza, I suggest getting a specialist to cut in Bonnet vents as well, I think it would look much better. Just a thought

Oh, you've found me out. It'll look just like that one above. With focus wheelarches, legacy lights 'n' all

Ordering the new car, whatever it turns out to be, will be the same as ever though.

As usual, I would suspect that whilst you might be able to order the '03 in September, after the Paris motor show, deliveries wouldn't be until Nov/Dec.

Josh

PS The latest suggestion, I heard today, is that the 'new, new' car is essentially a 2002 with a 2000 style front end. Who knows
