Is the SSQV actually rotated at the right angle on the flange? If it's not it will hit things. As viewing the engine from the front of the car mine points to the left almost in line with the intercooler. If you are trying to fit it with the angle shown in your pic compared to the flange it won't fit!

ive tried angleing it in all postions mate and it doesnt seem to fit
with the 1 flange it will only rotate a certain way i can get it to fit with the other flange but the hole doesnt sit right and just leaks im totally baffled is there another way of fiting it where the bung goes but then what abou the orignal dump valve can you leave that on?
im out of ideas now everyone says its 2 bolts but ive tried everything and i wont fit

Can't fit the dump valve on the outlet pipe, doesn't work like that. Has to be fitted on the intercooler using the 2 original bolt positions.
Something doesn't sound right with your adaptor as mine allows the valve to rotate 360 degrees and does not leak in any position.

These are some pics of mine fitted with the genuine flange. Think all the aftermarket flanges you are using are not pushing the dump valve far enough away from the intercooler pipework then.
Think my flange also pushes the dump valve up at a slight angle away from the inlet pipework.
Not sure where you would get a genuine one though. Sorry.

Find a local fabricator and they should charge you about 1/2 hour labour plus metal (about £5) to make a spacer plate. Then just get slightly longer bolts if necessary and whack it on!

in your foto there are two plates shown - are they different fittings or is it possible one or other could be used as a sandwich plate to extend the dv out so it clears the pipework you speak of ? - just an idea - ie use both plates
