Default Revolution 24/7

This isn't a moan, yet....well actually it is.

A week ago I ordered some rota boost in 17x8. Two days after I check the status of my order on their site. Doesn't exist. So I phone them, gets answered by someone whom I can only assume was new as he left me on hold for 5 minutes only to tell me nothing.
However a minute later a very helpfull fellow calls with an awesomely thick geoedie accent.
He gets my order sorted. Shows complete on the site.
He then phones a day later to say they dont have that tyre fitment so I say ok, give me some nangkangs in the correct size...done.
I then get another call yesterday to say sorry we dont do those wheels in that width. Ok then I'll take the 17x7.5 not a major issue.
he says wheels should be with you by Wednesday or Thursday. Lets see.
my main gripe is the website. DO NOT order without speaking to someone. As the site does not correctly display what's available. And other than the nice geordie chap ive not had the best customer experience. Only had one email confirming order.
anyone else order from here have the same issues?

Dealt with them twice, ordering Pole Position seats was beyond a nightmare but I gave them a 2nd chance with my alloys and they came up trumps, think I phoned to check availability and book the car in for fitment though.

Great company to deal with
Had many things over the years and always excellent service and unbeatable prices
Best always to do the deal over the phone though or in person
Far better then a website order

I've used them many times over the last 13 years and have never had any issues at all.

I've learnt in the quirky world of Subaru it's best not to discriminate against tuners or sellers as it's rare anything goes 100% smoothly!

It's all 1 big learning curve! Even Subaru are clueless at times.

Maybe its part of the fun of owning one. Its just that in this day and age you expect a better service. Its 2014 not 1994
