sti 8 rods
arp headstuds
v6 engine block with rear thrust bearing
ported v4 sti heads
k lined valve stems
zen td05-18g
custom steel turbo inlet
cosworth headgaskets
rcm airfilter and spun trumpet
ported standard headers
full 3" exhaust and downpipe
sti 8 top mount ic
phenolic manifold spacers
sard fuel pressure reg
550cc lateral balanced/checked injectors
parallel fuel rail
esl ecu mapped by andrew carr (mafless)
built by chy at pennine subaru 3 years ago, ive probably done about 13k since
chassis
dccd short ratio box (standard ra spec)
cusco coilovers on front
bc coilovers on rear but with the cusco springs
cusco h brace and diff brace
front brembos (not fitted yet)
whiteline arbs front and rear
whiteline solid droplinks on rear
whiteline anti lift kit
rota tarmacs in pillarbox red
toyo t1rs all round
bodywork
bonded on slimline abw arches
v6 facelift bumper and grill
v6 crystal headlights
jun style splitter
v6 rear spoiler
interior
basically pretty standard except for an oil pressure gauge and a blitz boost gauge which ive just fitted and just found out it doesnt work properly - doh, and a charge temp gauge to monitor the tmic.
seats and carpets all in good condition.
its set up more as a track car tbh in which it performs very well. last year i hardly used it as i was doing the arches but the year before i did a couple of sprints , came 3rd in one of them beating alot more powerful cars. the car was built for minimal lag rather than all out power
power is an estimated 400hp as i am also mapped for 20% methanol, had it mapped on the road and never bothered with a rr power run.
always run on millers fully synth oil and redline gearbox oil
car is 16 years old but all in all is looking good for its age. the gearbox has a slight crunch in 5th, i can change without crunching it just by being a bit slower with the change, as done this since i bought it and hasnt changed (well i dont crunch). ive had the car 5 years.
done 90k , 13k on this engine i think it maybe quite alot less tbh but not sure when it was converted to miles so i am basing this on when i had the powerfc fitted rather than when the esl fitted which was about a year later.
6months mot , tax is about to run out

I think somewhere in the region of £6-7k the only thing stopping it from being higher is the standard gearbox and that the shell has covered 90k.
I remember an WRC LTD RA for sale with 400bhp and the works, 6 speed, forged engine, etc that sold in a heartbeat at 7k. Although a trader did then readvertise it for £9k
Here it is:
