Default Blobeye headlight bulb H1 or H4?

Just wondering what dipped beam fitment is. Some places state H1 but Euro car parts list H4?

Its stamped on the plastic lug on top of the headlight. I can't remember off the top of my head.

Cheers guys! It's a nightmare when there's multiple listings. Going to get some Osram night breaker unlimited H1's.

Just prepare for grazed knuckles when you change the bulbs
Check your sidelights are working while your at it, they are a right pita to change, and as you might find on the offside front light you will need to remove inter cooler ducting, move the power steering fluid bottle out of the way etc anyway and don't want to have to do all this to find a sidelight bulb blown.
Dipped beam bulbs are gettable at when the headlamps are in situ, but to do the sidelight bulbs is a headlamp out job which requires removing the grill and loosening the front bumper.

Who the HELL designs modern cars?

What if it took as much effort to change a blade, or add oil?

Stupid!

Tell me about it, having owned Volvos for about 15 years along side the scoob for the past six years my missus has spent that last 6 years driving around with the lights on everywhere, despite me telling her to turn the fecking things off!
My face drops whenever I see a side light bulb blown.
I'd much rather change the brake discs and pads than change the sidelight bulb!
