Default High strength alloy adhesive.

Whats the best adhesive (thats pretty strong) that'll stick alloy (aluminium) to alloy?

Nothing if it's subject to a shear stress.

You could try JB Weld, or, if you can get any, Belzona.

Both can be sawn, drilled and even tapped, Belzona is the better of the two.


If simply sticking one piece to another, can you drill both bits, insert stainless or alloy screws etc and mould the Belzona round it?

There must be products out there such as those used to bond modern cars together.

Like Lotus Elises and aeroplanes have a lot of bonded alloy!

Alcazar its not going to be subject to much stress other than some vibration!!

I bonded a fitting for my inlet temperature gauge into alloy using Belzona. It's never moved once.
