new photobucket.... how to upload pictures??

Open the app,
Click the + sign in bottom left corner
This will then bring up a button that says "Upload" click that,
Select the pic
then click upload at bottom right of screen
Select what folder to add it to then click the "Tick" sign at top right of screen.

In that case..
Open the app,
Click "share"
Click copy link to clip board,
New window will pop up, Click the bottom IMG code bit (Should say its been copied)
Go onto forum, In the reply box of the thread press & hold it will then say paste, Click that then just click the post reply bit on forum

I know, I've used it for ages, it was fine, they updated and you could only link to things like Facebook, so deleted it, just re installed the new version and used your instructions perfectly, the Flickr app has done the same where you can link to the img tag now
