Yes there rubbish told me they tried to deliver 2 parcels twice and they dont have to put a card through the door if i wanted them I would have to drive 30 miles to there depot or get sender to send it to another address which I did 1 parcel went to me other parcel went back to sender and had to be sent to me again even though both parcels were sent at same time from 1 person .thats why there cheap chuck parcels over back gate leave on door step chuck under car

Had similar issues with CityLink on a Spoiler I tried to send out but it was booked through Parcel2Go. Order made on Monday for a Tuesday pickup.... Tuesday came and went with nothing. Called Parcel2Go and they said they would rebook it for Wednesday.......... driver arrived on Thursday to pick up the Spoiler and according to his portable Barcode reader it was on his system for pickup as of 8am that morning.

Parcel2Go said they had confirmed both booking days but could not supply any proof they did so. Buyer was getting frustrated (rightly so) and I guess was thinking about getting his money back just as the parcel arrived on his doorstep.

Lesson learned - go direct to Courier Website, using these "middle men" courier websites has caused me nothing but grief.

Only one that has NEVER let me down was Parcelforce..... booked in at 8pm, they picked it up at 10am the next morning
